FULL SERVICE PLATTERS

2-Item Combination Platter: Pork Tamale w/Chile con Carne, Chicken Fajitas, Rice, Beans, Lettuce and Tomato salad, Chips and Salsas, and a Mexican Cookie. (This platter is usually served at weddings and events where a full meal is customary.)

1-Item Platter: Select from one of our Entrees above, served with Rice, Beans, Lettuce and Tomato Salad, Chips and Salsas, and a Mexican Cookie. (This dish is also considered a full meal.)

With the 2-item and 1-item platters, we serve the entire dish and hand it to the guests along with napkins and flatware.

Buffet Style One

Pork Tamale w/Chile con Carne
Chicken Stuffed Taquitos
Jalapeno Poppers Stuffed w/Cream Cheese
Marinated Meatballs in Sauce
Guacamole
Nopalitos Salad
Chips
Three different Salsas

In this serving style, we serve the Tamale w/Chile con Carne and the guests help themselves to the rest of the items.

Buffet Style Two

This is the same as Buffet Style One except without the Tamale w/Chile con Carne. The guests help themselves to all the buffet items. This is an enjoyable and less expensive option, very popular for after work Business Mixers and promotional events.
